Two neighbors, one shared passion, and a mission to connect hunters with the best private land in the Lowcountry.
Carolina Hunt Club started the way many great ideas do—over a backyard fence. Hal and Dylan, neighbors in the Charleston area, shared more than just a property line. They shared a deep love for hunting and the South Carolina outdoors.
Both lifelong hunters, they knew the struggle of finding quality private land to hunt. Public land was overcrowded. Traditional hunting leases required year-long commitments and came with uncertainty about liability. And cold-calling landowners? That rarely worked.
One evening, the conversation turned to an idea: what if they could create a better way? A platform that connected responsible hunters with local landowners who had property sitting unused during hunting season. A system built on trust, legal protection, and respect for the land.
That backyard conversation became Carolina Hunt Club—a platform designed by hunters, for hunters, with landowner protection at its core.

“We built the platform we wished existed when we were looking for hunting land.”
We believe landowners should feel completely secure when opening their property. That's why liability protection isn't an afterthought—it's the foundation of everything we do.
We're not a faceless corporation. We're your neighbors. We live here, hunt here, and care deeply about preserving the hunting traditions of the Lowcountry.
Every hunter who books through us agrees to respect the property, follow the rules, and leave the land better than they found it. Conservation matters.
The Lowcountry offers some of the most diverse hunting opportunities on the East Coast. From whitetail deer in the pine forests to waterfowl in the coastal marshes, turkey in the hardwood bottoms to wild hog on rural properties—this region has it all.
We started here because it's home. We know the land, we know the game, and we know the people. As we grow, we plan to expand throughout South Carolina, but our roots will always be in the Lowcountry.
Whether you're a hunter looking for quality land or a landowner interested in listing, we'd love to hear from you.
